Starbucks's racially discriminative behaviors happened not only to me, but so many colored people. It have been argued for long time, but Starbucks used to easily silence it. Even when they apologized, they do not talk about 'what they did', 'why it was unacceptable', 'how they will be changed'. 

Who

Whoever you are, Asian, any people of color, or white, 

if you feel angry about Starbucks's racially discriminative behaviors, 

if you believe we should not take it anymore,

Let's speak out our voice.

And do not let Starbucks ignore your voice.

How

Here is the way. If you want to stand with me against Starbucks's racism,

1. We demand Starbucks to accept what they did as "racism" and apologize for "what they did", no more a customer's feeling.

1. We demand Starbucks to take this problem more than serious and re-educate their all staffs about "racism", not the empty words, equality, inclusion, cultural diversity.

1. We demand Starbucks to officially promise that any discriminative behaviors never happen to any people of color. And it should be not only German Starbucks, but all shops in all over the world.

Warum

 Starbucks’ rassistisch diskriminierendes Verhalten ist nicht nur mir passiert, sondern so vielen People of Color. Es wurde schon lange dagegen gekämpft, aber Starbucks brachte die Kritik gewöhnlich zum Verstummen. Sogar wenn sie sich entschuldigt haben, reden sie nie davon ‚was sie getan haben’, ‚warum es inakzeptabel war’ und ‚wie sie es ändern werden’.

Wer

Wer auch immer du bist, Asiat_in, ander People of Color oder weiße,

wenn dich Starbucks’ rassistisch diskriminierendes Verhalten wütend macht,

wenn du glaubst, dass wir es nicht mehr hinnehmen sollten,

dann lasst uns unsere Stimme erheben.

Und lasst uns dafür sorgen, dass Starbucks unsere Stimme nicht ignoriert

und unseren Worten antwortet.

1. Wir fordern, dass Starbucks akzeptiert, dass das was sie getan haben Rassismus war und, dass sie sich dafür entschuldigen was sie getan haben, anstelle dafür wie sich ein_e Kund_in fühlt.

1. Wir fordern, dass Starbucks dieses Problem mehr als ernst nimmt und seine Angestellten über Rassismus schult und nicht über die leeren Wörter Gleichheit, Inklusion und kulturelle Diversität.

1. Wir fordern, dass Starbucks offiziell verspricht, dass keine diskriminierenden Handlungen gegenüber People of Color geschehen. Und dies sollte nicht nur für Deutschland, sondern für alle Shops weltweit gelten.
